By accessing or using our website, tools, and services — including but not limited to speed testing, connection analysis, and AI-powered acceleration recommendations — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
These Terms govern all access to and use of the Fast Internet platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through fastinternet.com (the "Service"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Service Usage Rules
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm Fast Internet or its users.
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, including introducing malicious code, overloading servers, or launching denial-of-service attacks.
- Access or attempt to access any part of the Service through unauthorized means (e.g., bots, scrapers, or automated tools without prior written consent).
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these rules. All speed tests and AI diagnostics are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Fast Internet platform — including software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, icons, and data compilations — are owned by Fast Internet or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without explicit written permission.
The "Fast Internet" name, logo, and taglines are trademarks of Fast Internet. All third-party trademarks referenced on the Service remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
Fast Internet provides the Service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast Internet and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or profits — arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so the above may not apply to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data without liability.
Sections on Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law shall survive any termination of these Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Fast Internet support. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may seek legal remedies as permitted by law.
